Length: The best way to measure foot length is to trace around your foot on a piece of paper. Then measure from heel to toe. Foot length should stay within the Min and Max foot lengths on the chart.
Instep Circumference: Measure all the way around the middle of your foot. If your instep measurement is larger than the Max Instep on the chart, we would recommend that you chat with us directly.
Other considerations: If you're wearing wraps or a brace or any other device that you want the shoes to accommodate, make sure you measure while wearing the device. It's always better to measure at the end of the day because your feet will be at their largest.
