Our Return Policy:
We want you to have shoes you like. We know that doesn’t always happen. We accept return label requests made within 21 days from the order date. We do not accept any returns on products marked as "Final Sale".
Here’s some details:
If you want to exchange for a different style, we will gladly pay for return shipping as well as shipping the exchange pair back out to you. If you’re returning, we will deduct $9.99 per pair returned from your refund to cover a small portion of our shipping and handling ($12 for returns from Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
If more than 21 days has passed since your order date and you have not yet requested a return label, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Restocking fee for returns after 30 days is 15%, 60 days is 25%.
Shoes should be returned in undamaged condition, with original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend that you try your new shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the bottoms of the shoes before returning. Shoes that are worn or damaged cannot be refunded.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Socks/hosiery are not refundable.
How it works:
1. You fill out the online request by clicking “Click here for returns form”.
2. We send your return label to your email address. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)
a. If you don’t have a printer, we can mail you one if requested.
b. If you need a paper label mailed, we will deduct a $3 handling fee from your refund to cover additional handling costs.
3. You tape the return label to the box and send your shoes back.
4. Your refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to show up on credit card or other payment method.
CANADA and NON US Returns
We have recently opened up sales to Canada, UK and Australia. Please be aware of your own country's duty and tax rates. We strongly encourage non US customers to chat with us about sizing before purchasing. Providing measurements is strongly advised. Email or chat with us to learn what measurements to provide.
We are happy to take shoes back but we are not able to pay return shipping at this time.
