Our Return Policy:
We want you to have shoes you like. We know that doesn’t always happen. We encourage you reach out to us. Many concerns can be satisfied with a different size or style. You can chat with us on our website or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept return label requests made within 30 days from the order date. We do not accept any returns on products marked as "Final Sale". We also encourage you talk to us. Many concerns can be satisfied with a different size or style.
Here’s some details:
Shoes should be returned in undamaged condition, in the original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend that you try your new shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the bottoms of the shoes before returning. Shoes that are worn or damaged cannot be refunded.

If you ultimately return or do not want to try a different style, $9 per pair is deducted from your refund. We pay for shipping in both directions. This $9 fee covers warehouse handling costs. (Fee is $12 for returns from Hawaii and Puerto Rico and Alaska).
Restocking fee for returns after 30 days is 15%, 60 days is 25%.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Socks/hosiery are not refundable.
How it works:
- You fill out the online request by clicking “Click here to start a return or exchange”.
- We email your return label to your email address. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)
- If you don’t have a printer, we can mail you a return label if requested (costs $3 for a mailed label.
- You tape the return label to the box and send your shoes back.
- Your refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to show up on credit card or other payment method.
CANADA and NON US Returns
We have recently opened up sales to Canada, UK and Australia. Please be aware of your own country's duty and tax rates. We strongly encourage non US customers to provide foot measurements to a Fit Specialist on chat or email before purchasing. Providing measurements is strongly advised. Email or chat with us to learn what measurements to provide.
We are happy to take shoes back but non US customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
