Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days has passed, you may email us at hello@pandereshoes.com and request a special circumstance refund. If contacted after 14 days, shoes may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. Please take the time to brush off any debris. We cannot accept shoes for return that have been worn outside or have any accidental stains. Our free shipping policy depends on returned shoes being in resellable condition.

Pandere reserves the right to withhold all or part of a refund if shoes are worn or not in new condition. If we receive shoes back that are worn, have debris embedded in the tread, have stains or are otherwise not in resellable condition, we will determine if the shoes can be restored to a condition suitable for donation through cleaning and possible resoling. If shoes can be restored, a fee may assessed and deducted from the refund.

Gift cards are not refundable.
