Our Return Policy:
We want you to have shoes you like. We know that doesn’t always happen. We accept return label requests made 14 days from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to assess up to a 25% restocking fee to products returned after 60 days.
Here’s some details:
If more than 14 days has passed since the date of delivery and you have not yet requested a return label, you may request a special circumstance return by emailing email@example.com We are a small company, and we can usually, but not always, grant a special circumstances refund.
Shoes should be returned in undamaged condition, with original box. To avoid scuffing or scratching, we recommend that you try your new shoes on carpet. Please remove any dust or debris by wiping the bottoms of the shoes before returning.
Gift cards are not refundable.
How it works:
- You fill out the online request by clicking “Click here for returns form”.
- We send your return label to your email address. (Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.)
- You tape the return label to the box and send your shoes back.
- Your refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to show up on credit card or other payment method.
